possibly have more clinical opportunities which weren't shadowing, eg more time with HCA/ANP or more consultations. Shadow more HCP eg physio, midwife, pharmacist.

She always included me in consultations that were relevant to my educational needs, helping me gain valuable clinical experience. She regularly asked questions to develop my understanding and made me feel welcomed, involved, and confident throughout my learning.
