Staff at practice were lovely, any time I mentioned wanting to practice a particular area they were able to make changed to my timetable to ensure that this would be possible. Getting to see all members of the team and parts of GP that aren't shown in our teaching (I.e. Having to go to care homes, duty doctors, admin related work) was insightful. They were also very well organised and I was given almost all my timetable before I started the placement - which I greatly appreciated! I also enjoyed sitting in with different GPs and practice nurses, getting to see different people's consultation style was very interesting and I was able to pick out parts I liked and hopefully will be able to use for my future practice!

Please suggest any improvements to this educational experience.

Sometimes I would have quite large lunch breaks - usually 3/4 hours. I understand this works around the doctors and nurses schedules and when they start/finish but I often found by the end of the break I felt pretty worn out, I would've preferred a smaller break but again I'm aware that this is less possible due to the way the practice operates. Other than that I had no complaints, the placement was lovely.
