This was by far and away the best clinical experience I have had. At Turriff Medical Practice I was welcomed as part of the team, engaged with my learning from day 1, and entered a brilliant learning and clinical environment. Accommodation was excellent, and again the owners of the B&B were accommodating, kind and looked after me, without being overbearing. This was simply an excellent placement, and I would not change a thing about it.

Please suggest any improvements to this educational experience.

Turriff Medical Practice - this should be the gold standard example of GP teaching. I was welcomed into the clinical team, given ample educational opportunities, welcomed into the wider Turriff community and was supported throughout. Dr Steven Henderson and his wider team of GPs, ANPs, AHPs and practice staff deserve to be recognised for providing an awesome work and learning environment. It was so good, I was genuinely sad to leave, and have done so reconsidering my career plans as to whether I’d like to be a GP or not. They deserve to be recognised by the university for an experience that was at the very top of the top tier. They have all my thanks.
