The supervisor was very supportive and available, all consultants and other staff were supportive. I was encouraged to see patients all the time and present cases, the discussion afterwards was very useful and helped me to identify my weak points to work on them. They encouraged me to attend the paediatric simulation session, it was very useful and the team was helpful. The CBD feedback I got from my supervisor was really helpful and I really appreciate the time he gave me as ED is busiest department
Encouragement to act independently when it comes to clerking and managing patients was very helpful
