Course Description

The goal of this course is to teach you advanced concepts and techniques in statistics, focusing on applying them to real data.

  • You will learn advanced concepts in statistics such as multilinear, logistic, and non-linear regression, Bayesian statistics, confounder variables, and other topics in statistics.
  • You will learn advanced statistical models and techniques to analyse noisy time series, both stationary and non-stationary.
  • You will learn how to use the Mathematica programming language to analyse real-world data using statistics.

Details, including assessments, may be subject to change until 21st September 2026 for Term 1 and Full Year courses and 8th January 2027 for Term 2 courses.
