Biography

I am an applied microeconomist with primary research interests in Health Economics and Labour Economics.

I joined the Business School of the 51cg as a Lecturer in Economics in 2023. Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Surrey on a project funded by the Health Foundation, which investigates the determinants and effects of workforce retention within the English National Health Service (NHS).

I received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Surrey and both a B.A. and a MSc in Economics from the University of Florence.
