Please join the History PG Seminar Series as we welcome Dr Colin Barr for a paper titled “Ireland’s Spiritual Empire”. Dr Barr will be discussing his current research project which considers how the Irish Catholic clergy around the globe used religion as a means of social control over Irish Diasporic communities. Discussion will follow. All are welcome to join what promises to be an engaging seminar!
