Judge Kimberly Prost, International Criminal Court
International criminal justice, and specifically the International Criminal Court, has been under considerable pressure of late, with attacks on the practice of securing international justice becoming ever more frequent and aggressive. Judge Kimberly Prost joins us for an expert seminar on how the Court and international justice more broadly requires the support of States and how smaller entities working within the international system, in a position akin to that of Scotland, might contribute to the overall effort.
This is the final event in the ACCPIL's contribution to the Scottish Council on Global Affairs 'State of the World' workshop series, and all are welcome to attend.
