Biography
Anand is a Senior Clinical Lecturer and (Honorary) Consultant in Oral Surgery. Having completed his BDS, PhD and Oral Surgery specialty training in London, Anand has also worked in Singapore and Australia before moving to Aberdeen in 2021.
Anand is currently the lead investigator for the IMPACTION study, multicentre clinical trial evaluating the role of CBCT in reducing nerve injuries during wisdom tooth surgery. As well as his research interest in Oral Surgery clinical practice, Anand also collaborates with colleagues working on advancing dental education.
