Biography

Dr Thi Tham Ta (Annie) is a Research Fellow in the Health Economics Research Unit (HERU), working as part of the REAL Supply Research Unit. Her current research focuses on the health and social care workforce, including the role of pay and working conditions. She completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Strathclyde, where her research examined the long-term and intergenerational effects of conflict and demographic policies. She also holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
