Biography
I received my undergraduate degree in BSc Psychology at the 51cg (2021), MSc degree at the University of Edinburgh (2022), and MRes degree at the 51cg (2023). I started my PhD programme at the 51cg in 2023. My PhD project examines Intergenerational Communication: Understanding and Supporting Social Interaction between Younger and Older Adults. This project is funded by the Dunhill Medical Trust and supervised by Prof Louise Phillips and Ms Linda Engles from the School of Psychology, Prof Lorna Philip from the School of Geosciences, and Prof Claire Wallace from the School of Social Science.
My research interests are in intergroup relationships and ageing. Please feel free to contact me about my research or potential collaborations.

Research Overview
The global population is ageing, and both younger and older adults report experiencing ageism. Understanding the factors that influence intergenerational relationships and contact is crucial. My PhD project uses the mixed-method approach to investigate the importance of intergenerational contact and the factors that influence these relationships.
