Biography

Jackie has worked in the University administration since 1995.  The first 7 years based within the Estates Section in a variety of secretarial/PA roles, followed by 12 years as PA to the Secretary to the University and 9 years with External Relations, encompassing Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement and Events, UK Recruitment and Admissions, International Recruitment and Engagement, Engagement and Conversion, Marketing and Brand Communications and Data and Market Insights.  

In September 2023 Jackie joined the Directorate of Planning and Governance as Directorate Administrator and PA to the Director of Strategic Planning, Project and Corporate Governance and currently Interim Director of Strategic Planning, Project and Data Insights, managing the office and finance functions, providing administrative and secretarial support to the Governance and Executive Support, Planning, Data and Business Intelligence Teams, and Committees supported by these areas, including University Court and Senate.
