Biography

As Accreditation and Reputation Manager at the Business School, I have strategic responsibility for the School's accreditation, external engagement and recruitment activities. I lead a multidisciplinary professional services team, ensuring these functions are delivered effectively and align with the School's strategic objectives.

My role encompasses responsibility for:

• Accreditation: Providing strategic oversight of the School's accreditation portfolio, including discipline/programme accreditations, EQUIS, AACSB (including assurance of learning) accreditation reporting, and compliance with University, statutory and professional body requirements.
• External Engagement: Leading the School's approach to external engagement through oversight of Advisory Boards, Executive Fellows, alumni engagement, industry partnerships, events and community initiatives that strengthen the School's reputation and enhance the student experience.
• Student Recruitment, Conversion and Marketing: Overseeing the School's recruitment activities, supporting initiatives that contribute to student recruitment and the School's profile in collaboration with colleagues across the University.
• Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary professional services team, ensuring the effective delivery of services, appropriate allocation of resources, and continuous development of staff.
• Strategic Development: Working with the School's senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, support strategic priorities, manage key projects, identify opportunities and risks, and provide evidence-based insight to inform decision-making.
