Panopto can be used to record and manage videos as well as host media created using other tools. Download to University computers (from Software Centre) and personal computers (from the ).
Content Retention

Videos that are older than 2 years and not viewed in 13 months are archived (available for playback within 2 days).

Videos older than 6 years that have not been viewed in 4 years are deleted.
