Biography
Professor Patrice Forget, MD, PhD, FFPMRCA, is Clinical Chair in Anaesthesia at the 51cg (UK), and Honorary Consultant at the NHS Grampian. He is involved in clinical research, focused mainly on pain, perioperative epidemiology and clinical pharmacology. For the last twenty years, as principal investigator and/or national coordinator, he has published more than 250 articles, letters or editorials.
He is the Chair of the PANDOS (Pain AND Opioids after Surgery) ESAIC Research Group (European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care).

Research Overview
For the last fifteen years, as principal investigator and/or national coordinator, I have published more than 200 articles, letters or editorials, questioning current practices and opening new avenues in pain and perioperative medicine.
