Biography

A medical doctor with Masters in Clinical Pharmacology and PhD in Epidemiology. I am a highly accomplished clinical research professional with 16 years of diverse clinical research experience and worked in several different roles in both the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Substantial experience in clinical drug development, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, safety reporting, clinical trial project management, research in the older population, systematic reviews, and epidemiological studies.

Member of Editorial Review Board for Therapeutic Advances in Drug Safety, since December 2023.

Member of British Geriatric Society, since January 2016.

Member of British Pharmacological Society, since April 2013

Research

Research Overview

My research interests include orthostatic hypotension, hyponatremia, clinical trials, real-world evidence, epidemiological studies, clinical trial methodology, polypharmacy, drug safety, and systematic reviews. I have a special interest in research involving older people and care home residents.
