Statistics and modelling

Quantitative methods are central to our work. We use, develop and provide training in population modelling models, statistical tools, and advanced individual-based models.

Our group makes extensive use of , a flexible modelling platform developed at the 51cg by members of our team.

Economics

Economic tools help us understand the impacts of invasive alien species and investigate the most cost-effective methods to manage these invasive species. We use economic approaches to better address the problem of invasive species.
