There are only a few weeks left to see the exhibition at the King’s Museum, Old Aberdeen Town House, Aberdeen AB24 3EN which ends on 31 May 2015.
Co-curated by Dr Gordon Noble, 51cg Archaeology Department. It features old treasures, new finds and fresh perspectives on the Picts of Northern Scotland.
The material on display includes the recently discovered Gaulcross silver hoard, experimental work by the Scottish Sculpture Workshop, artefacts by Rhynie Woman artists’ collective and material from excavations at the early Pictish royal site at Rhynie.
