Our paid ABDN Internships opportunities are dedicated to current 51cg students and are available at various points throughout the year. Internships are hosted by 51cg departments and external employers. They take place part-time throughout the University year, with opportunities available across all three terms, including the summer term.
Eligibility
All current students on a full degree programme, regardless of year or subject of study, including undergraduate and postgraduate, are eligible to apply. ISC programmes, access courses and students on a visitor visa are not eligible. Please note that you must be a registered student for the duration of the internship. Students who have been successful in securing ANY previous ABDN Internship, at any time since Summer 2023, are not eligible to apply.

ABDN Internships 2026-27

Designed to be flexible with your studies, interns will work 10 hours a week for 24 weeks between 16 November 2025 to 03 May 2027.
Applications will open on Wednesday 23rd September and close on Wednesday 7th October 2026.
