The festival will build on the success of research projects and past and current activities such as WORD, Director's Cut, The British Science Festival and the Music concert series. It will also celebrate great milestones, including the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health's centenary.

There will be debates, lectures, readings, workshops, concerts and more, spanning areas such as literature; science; music; film; Gaelic; food and nutrition.

The Festival will also have plenty on offer for , with a special strand of events over the weekend. Plus, to engage the school community, we will host a dedicated , offering free fun and educational events to schools across Aberdeen city and shire.
