This course will give a better understanding of:
- What we mean by equality, diversity and inclusion
- The basic provisions of the Equality Act 2010
- The key benefits of having an inclusive working environment
- How to provide a genuinely inclusive and accessible customer experience

Sexual Harassment
This training will give a better understanding of:
- The causes and dynamics of sexual harassment
- How it impacts at an individual and organisational level
- Effective intervention strategies for victims and bystanders
- The UK legal context including the Equality Act (2010 and Worker Protection Act (2023))
- How to respond to sexual harassment
