The 51cg Symphony Orchestra celebrates the arrival of spring with a programme including Delius's 'On Hearing the First Cuckoo in Spring', Lili Boulanger's sparkling 'D'un matin de printemps', and Dvořák’s famous ‘New World’ Symphony. In addition, final-year Music student Mairi McKellar joins the Orchestra as the soloist in the little-known Viola Concerto by Cecil Forsyth (1870-1941).
