EmployAbility will be running a session for students and graduates to better understand how they should approach the subject of adjustments with a potential employer.
EmployAbility will be running a session for students and graduates to better understand how they should approach the subject of adjustments with a potential employer. It will take into account consideration CV writing and the early stages of the application process, as well as interviews and assessment centres. This session will look at when, why and how you can ask for adjustments, and provide practical tips to do this in a way that benefits you, and maximises your chances of success. A safe environment to ask any questions, it will also give you an opportunity to meet the EmployAbility team who can provide you with free support around adjustments as you transition from education to work.
