If you are a neurodivergent student or graduate, navigating the recruitment process may feel like a minefield. This session will look at the barriers you face, and provide solutions to overcome them. Our disability partner EmployAbility will cover topics such as imposter syndrome, fear of discrimination, information about inclusive employers, your legal rights, and examples of adjustments to help you demonstrate your skills and competencies. It will be a safe space to learn, and to ask any questions. We very much hope you’ll be able to join.
