Join MISS (Miscarriage Support) at this Charity Spotlight event to learn more about the services they provide for individuals and families affected by pregnancy loss.
MISS is a Scottish charity offering free, confidential support to anyone impacted by miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, neonatal loss, or pregnancy after loss.
Their services include:
- One-to-one support sessions
- Virtual support groups
- Memory boxes and support packs
- Podcasts and online resources
- A private peer support group
- Information and signposting for those affected by pregnancy loss
This informal drop-in session provides an opportunity to:
- Learn more about pregnancy loss and its impact
- Discover the support available through MISS
- Speak with a member of the charity team
- Find out how charities support individuals and families through difficult experiences
- Increase your awareness of compassionate support and wellbeing services
This event may be of particular interest to students studying healthcare, counselling, psychology, social work, midwifery, nursing, medicine, and allied health professions, although all students and staff are welcome.
