Join LATNEM Peer Support at this Charity Spotlight event to learn more about their work supporting maternal mental health across Scotland.
LATNEM is a dedicated peer support service created by and for mums and birthing people experiencing mental health challenges during pregnancy and early parenthood. Their services are built around the belief that shared experience, connection, and understanding can play a vital role in supporting wellbeing.
Based in Aberdeenshire, LATNEM delivers:
- In-person support groups across Grampian
- Virtual support services available across Scotland
- Community events including craft sessions and baby yoga
- Peer-led support facilitated by individuals with lived experience
